Welcome to RepHaus. By utilizing our training services within your gated community, you agree to the following terms:

1. Physical Readiness

You confirm that you are in good physical health. It is your responsibility to consult a medical professional before starting any new fitness program with our trainers. You must inform your trainer of any pre-existing conditions.

2. Liability Waiver

RepHaus and its certified trainers act as independent consultants. We are not responsible for any injuries or health complications sustained during sessions at your residential clubhouse gym or community facilities.

3. Cancellation Policy

Respect for our trainers' time is key. We require a **24-hour notice** for any session cancellations. Sessions cancelled with less notice may be charged in full at the discretion of management.

4. Conduct

We maintain a premium environment. Any harassment or unprofessional behavior toward our trainers will result in immediate termination of service without a refund.
